HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT FOR TESTING EFFICACY ON SURFACES.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE PROCEDURE LIKE THE WAY YOU CLEAN A GLASS WITH A SPRAY GUN. HOWEVER WE HAVE GIVEN THE STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE TO ENABLE YOU TO DO THE TESTING AND OBSERVE FIRST HAND THE VALUE ADDITION POTENTIAL OF THIS PRODUCT IN YOUR BUSINESS.
After preparing the surface as given in the side column ensure that the surface is dry before opening the BIOCRAFT KIT.
The product can be used for 1: 10 concentration levels to 1: 30 Concentration levels . The first Spray it is advised to use a 1:10 concentration and from the 2nd week onwards a 1:30 Concentration would be very adequate. Once a in 3 months a 1:20 concentration could be used to strengthen the protection.
Open the spray bottle and fill with water till 80% of its capacity (approximately), The water could be from your normal tap to distilled water, The lesser the PPM the, higher will be the product performance, The performance parameter is way above the industry standards even when used with normal water .
Open the small bottle containing EF-3851 and empty the contents into the water that is already inside the spray gun. Empty it fully and recap the tube and dispose of into your dustbin. Recap the spray gun and shake well for 15 to 20 seconds, The contents need not froth (it does not make a difference) it is just that it is not needed.
- BE CAUTIOUS NOT TO SPRAY DIRECTLY INTO EYES OR ON FOOD.
- ONCE PREPARED THE SPRAY HAS TO BE USED WITHIN 12 HOURS
- FOR IMMEDIATE POST WIPING OF THE SURFACE USE ONLY THE CLOTH PROVIDED ALONG WITH THE KIT
- START THE SWAB TESTING PROCEDURE ONLY AFTER 24 HOURS OF SPRAYING THE SURFACE.
- THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED FOR CLEANING THIS SURFACE WITH ANY OTHER DISINFECTANT DURING THE TEST PERIOD
- NORMAL CLEANING OF THE CHOSEN AREAS CAN BE DONE BUT AVOID USING A ABRASIVE SCRUBBER.
Take the spray bottle and spray on the chosen surfaces from a distance of say 6 inches to 12 inches, wipe the surface with the cloth provided along with the kit. Repeat the procedure at all the chosen spots. Exhaust the spray bottle contents are fully utilised within 12 hours.
If the hospital has a lab we would suggest you spray wipe the chemical on a microscope inspection glass or a empty petri dish and use an identifier like cello tape or permanent marker on this and attempt to grow bacteria or fungi on the surface, Keep trying for a few weeks and do feel free to call 9043020932 with your observation.

Based on the nature of the surface the following cleaning procedures can be adopted.
TILES and similar washable hard surfaces, you would need to dry wipe the surface and then scrub clean with detergent to remove any stains and then rinse with plain water and wipe dry or allow to COMPLETELY DRY naturally.
In case of Hospitals choose multiple square feet at multiple locations like ICU, Doctor consulting rooms, operation Theatres, Pharmacy, Reception and mark the chosen area using highlighter, coloured tapes or anything that would not spoil the aesthetics or functionality of the space.
