TO TREAT HALF KG OF FABRICS
This is a complimentary trial pack for people from the industry to get a feel of the product and its features. This kit is ideal to treat half a Kg of fabrics either 2 shirts or 1 shirt and 1 trouser or 1 jean or 2 to 3 pairs of undergarments. HOW TO TREAT A FABRIC / GARMENT
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BELOW
ITEMS NEEDED: 1 Clean bucket of 8 r 10 litre capacity. 2 Mugs, 1 STIRRER (Plastic scale of 12 inches)
- Take the half kg of fabric it should be clean and fully dried
- Take enough water in the bucket that is needed to immerse the fabric completely in water
- Take half mugs in each mug from the same bucket of water
- In one mug (with water) empty the green sticker Container and stir well with the plastic scale.
-In the second mug (with water) empty the blue colour Binder
- Rinse the scale and stir the second mug
- Drain both the mugs back into the bucket and stir well for a minute
- Dip the dry cloth into the water
- Rotate the cloth once in a while and allow to soak for 3 minutes
- Remove the cloth and squeeze it.
- Dry the cloth
- The remaining water can be drained normally.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
If the solution in concentrated form or in diluted form gets in contact with the eye wash immediately with excessive running water. If irritation persists after two hours consult doctor.
If it contacts mouth or accidentally consumed gargle with drinking water and consult doctor.
Do not allow the chemicals to get in touch with any Fabric directly if it happens immediately wash with excessive running water with gentle hand scrubbing.

TESTING METHODS
WHERE THE TESTING NEED TO BE DONE
The testing can be done in any textile laboratories like SITRA, BTRA, SGS or any private laboratory that has the expertise to undertake ASTM E2149 (testing standard). The product from BIOCRAFT has a NON-LEACHING Technology and hence the testing done on the fabric should pertain to the testing of NON-LEACHING type Antimicrobial treatment. For testing of Fungal Protection G-21 testing standard has to be
HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE
Two types of testing need o be done one if for the antimicrobial efficacy and the other is for the efficacy period. The procedure given below need to be followed to test the product for its performance standards.
2 sections of the same fabric is taken and one section is treated with the BIOCRAFT Product and another is kept as it is and it is called as the control sample. The lab would conduct the test for 10 washes, 25 washes...so on till 100 washes and each time they test it and compare the same with the control fabric. The reports would be generated and given to you.
IN HOUSE TABLE TEST METHODOLOGY
At your office take one sq. feet of the treated cloth and another sq. feet of the untreated cloth. Take a bowl of Bromo Phenol Blue and dip both these pieces into the solution soak for 2 to 3 minutes. Squeeze the fabrics and rinse them in running water. The Fabric treated with EF3851and BZ-1 combo would hold on to the blue color while the fabric not treated with EF 3851 would come back to its original color. The even coating of the blue would indicate that you have done the Antimicrobial coating in the right manner. If the blue is of multiple shades it indicates that the coating was not proper or the treatment was done to a wet fabric.
